Cindy Chambers
RN
Founder of Tweak
Cindy brings over 24 years of healthcare experience. Starting with a degree in exercise science, she later became a Registered Nurse, gaining expertise in surgical and cardiac care before transitioning to pharmaceutical sales. After taking time off to raise her two daughters, Cindy returned to patient care, blending her passion for wellness and self-esteem with the skin and beauty industry.
With 11 years in medical cosmetics, she continually hones her craft through advanced aesthetic training. Cindy believes that confidence and self-esteem go hand in hand, and small aesthetic “tweaks” can have a transformative impact. Her mission is to help others, especially women, feel beautiful inside and out.

Carrie Henderson
RN, BSN
Carrie is an esthetic Registered Nurse
With over 7 years of experience in the aesthetic field and 18 years as an RN, Carrie offers a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and artistry.
She focuses on delivering safe, beautiful, and natural results for each of her patients.
It is very important to her that her patients look like an improved version of themselves.
Carrie continues to evolve her expertise through continuing education & hands on training with the most influential aesthetic providers in the industry.
She is also currently in school for a masters degree in nursing.
Tiffany Le
RN, BSN
Tiffany graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as an operating room nurse, gaining experience and knowledge and ultimately becoming the manager of pre-op/ post-op surgical services. This was followed by the birth of her handsome sons. Throughout her nursing career, she has expanded skill sets on many different levels working also as a school nurse and volunteering at the health department.
Tiffany has found that, with the years of experience working in Health care, she brings a gentle touch, compassion, and care to each patient experience.
During her nursing profession, she has come to understand her true passion which is for skin and Medical Aesthetics.
Tiffany found her true calling and she loves making people feel beautiful and above all, happy.
